Clinical Studio Overview
Navigate patients, past visits, transcripts, clinical notes, templates, and visit-level chat from the main clinical workspace.
Main areas
Clinical is where visit documentation happens. The top bar gives you Tools (the global launcher), Patients (the patient/visit panel), Help, and the AI panel. The main pane shows the active visit, and a header switcher lets you toggle between Transcript and Clinical Notes.
- Patients keeps visits tied to the right chart context, with All / Mine / Team filters and a search.
- Past visits inside a patient is the fastest way to reopen older transcriptions.
- Transcript view shows speaker-labelled, time-stamped text with an audio scrubber, Grouped/Individual layout, and a search field.
- Clinical Notes is where you review, edit, regenerate, copy, or export each generated section.
This Visit vs All Data chat
Open the AI panel from the top bar to chat about a loaded transcript. The This Visit toggle limits answers to the current transcript only. All Data lets the assistant also use prior visits and saved patient profile details when your workspace allows it. The same panel has a Templates tab, where you can activate templates such as Patient Summary, SOAP Note, or Follow-Up Email for the visit.
