Library and Saved Documents

What belongs in Library

• Saved clinical notes and exported drafts.
• Uploaded or generated documents you may need to reopen.
• Long-form text opened in Smart Editor for revisions and AI assistance.
• Research drafts and memos appear here when your plan includes Research.

Find and create documents

Switch the layout between document tiles and the long-form editor with the toggle at the top. Use the search box and the All filter to narrow by type or author. + New document opens a fresh Smart Editor file. Browse AI Templates jumps to the templates section when you want to start from a structured prompt.

Visit-based notes belong in Clinical first

For visit notes, record or upload the visit in Clinical first so the AI can draft from the transcript. The finished output then lands in Library where you can refine it. Library itself is best for free-form writing that is not anchored to one transcript.

Check ownership before sharing

Visibility depends on user, patient, team, and workplace permissions. Check owner labels before sending PHI-heavy documents outside your normal workflow.
